Our Story

RemoteNet was registered as a Close Corporation on 23 May 2006 in terms of the Close Corporations Act under the official name RemoteNet CC.  In 2013 the entity was converted to a limited liability company and is now registered as Remotenet (Pty) Ltd with a revised registration number of 2013/092988/07.

RemoteNet  was originally founded by a visionary on a mission, having being involved with the NQF, led to the exploration of the need for software systems and its development which has strengthened the entity’s ability to serve its clients’ requirements in the areas of MIS (Management Information Systems), LMS (Learner Management Information Systems) and Electronic QMS (Quality Management Information Systems).
